A little leap of faith requires a whole lot of this.

Courage isn’t something you get from accomplishments or achievements.

It has to be cultivated within. Every Single. Day.

How do you cultivate courage?

For me, daily conditioning is key.

I do mental and physical exercises — like yoga and meditation — that keep me in a mindset to win.

Before I did these daily practices, I was queen of procrastination and under-valuing myself.

The worst part is I worked really hard for other people and other organizations, but when it came to working on my own dreams and goals, I was too busy or too tired.

Today, you’re going to meet Ashley. She’s a yoga instructor who spent years working in other studios. About three years ago, she found love and the courage to start her own business.

Ashley shares the highs and lows of taking that leap of faith.

I love how Ashley shares it all with us.

She’s vulnerable, raw, and real as she reveals her strategies for success. Some of it sounds a little crazy. But faith can look like that sometimes — right?
